Great little place, had it for lunch ribeye sandwich was great, good southern sweet tea! Have a salad bar and Buffet if you don't want anything off the menu, looked pretty good. They had fried chicken, okra, catfish, and more. Would like to check it out for dinner, they have a bar and live music on certain nights.

Decent breakfast, but mediocre dinner. The dinner menu is subpar at best, but staff is friendly and drinks are pretty good. Not many options in holly springs so this works if you are in the area and are in the mood for appetizer food and a beer.

Food was eatable. Definitely home style cooking, but that of a girlfriend or someone who wasn't great at it. Tastes like it was precooked and then reheated. Rolls were awesome, and the salad bar was good. I didn't quite finish my meal because it wasn't eat me good. It wasn't awful, it just wasn't good. If I lived here I'd try it a few times before wrote it off, otherwise I won't be stopping by again. Had the country fried steak and mashed potatoes.

I've been several times while visiting relatives in the area. The staff are friends and very attentive. The food is adequate. Nothing notable nor unacceptable . . . The bar runs the gamut from A to B, drinking outside the couple common libations of the locals and the staff were flummoxed (varieties of beer bottles in a chilled case, I ask for one of them lying on the top, the barmaid never having served it before could neither find it nor understand what I was asking). Asking for a scotch and soda might just get you Jim beam and coca cola! Being friendly with the staff made it easier to get refills, but not always as the bar would crowd up. I'm not accustomed to smoking I bars, so be forewarned. Karaoke seems very popular and the live music especially so. Clientele were all friendly, from young children to the geriatric.

When in for breakfast on a Saturday morning... I ordered three items that was on the menu. They were out of two of them! Dry wheat toast was the one thing they had I ordered!!

Bar/Restaurant. Decent menu with fair prices. My daughter ordered plain spaghetti with butter and salt, no sauce. The waitress found this to be a complicated order that she would have to talk to the cook about. I got a burger, which was similar to what you'd find in a truck stop. My wife had beef liver with onions and a baked potato. Plenty of sour cream packets, crackers, and butter were provided but I wondered if they were already on someone else's table. My wife got the "salad bar" and commented that she had to go through plates to get a clean one. The waitress never returned to give refills or even bring our check. It was New Year's Day and there was only one other family there and they also complained about getting their check. We both had to go to the counter to get it. My daughter said the spaghetti was horrible, I tried it and agreed. Not sure how you mess up spaghetti. The wait was about 30 minutes, not ok for what we ordered.

Very good food! Good service too! I had the grilled chicken. Comes with a really good salad and choice of potato. Sweet tea was as good as it gets!

I like this place. I plan to return. The food was good. The service was good. The place itself was nice even if there was a bit of smoke drifting over from the attached next door bar. They have a hot bar and a salad bar. Not sure when the hot bar is served. It wasn't while we were there but it was an off time. Got a good burger. Tasted a good French dip.

A great restaurant with good southern food right across the street from the beautiful historic town square of Holly Springs, MS.

Catfish looked nothing like the submitted photo. Several small pieces. Very good taste but very little fish with lots of breading & a little salty. Cole slaw served was room temp, sent back and replaced with a cold fresh portion.Slow cooked pork sandwich was pretty good.No problem with the service.Worth another trip to try some other dishes.

My husband and i were traveling and tried this restaurant because of the other reviews. We were very disappointed. Being that we probably won't be this way again for a long time, just wanted to give our opinion to other travelers.

It's the ambiance. Everybody wants to know where your from; evrybody evesdrops on your conversation; everbody has advice. It was fun experience. The owners are great. The menu was average and the food wasn't bad. Fairly typical. The catfish and chicken livers were well fried, not greasy, nice baked sweet potato as an option.
